Assistant Professor

Dr.N.GIRI Secured doctorate from Bharathiar University in the year 2020. Presently guiding 2 Ph.D Scholars. His areas of interest in research are Marketing, Human Resource Management.

Teaching: He has served in the education field for a period of ten years. Presently, working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, NGM College, Pollachi. He presented more than 75 papers in National & International Conferences sponsored by ICSSR, UGC &TANSCHE. He holds professional membership in Teaching & Education Research Association (TERA), Social Science & Humanities Research Association (SSHRA), Research Star, and Indian Academic Researchers Association (IARA).

He has published more than 30 research articles in UGC Care List, SCOPUS and Web of Science and published four books. He acted as a editorial board member for more than 3 books. He received Best Faculty Award from Indian Academic Researchers Association. He also received notable presenter award in national conference. Has successfully conducted a National Seminar funded by ICSSR. He successfully completed 2 seed money projects funded by Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College. He acted as a session chair for more than 3 national conferences. He has successfully completed 5 online courses. He attended more than 20 FDPs, 5 PDPs, and attended more than 15 workshops.
