The Rotaract Club of NGM College, in collaboration with the Government Hospital of Pollachi, successfully organized a Blood Donation Camp on February 18, 2025. The camp was formally inaugurated by Dr. R. Manicka Chezian, Principal of NGM College, who emphasized the importance of voluntary blood donation in saving lives. The initiative aimed to encourage students and the general public to contribute to this humanitarian cause, promoting awareness about the significance of blood donation. The event witnessed an enthusiastic response, with 48 units of blood collected from willing donors. Medical professionals ensured a safe and hygienic donation process, providing necessary guidance and support to participants. The camp not only contributed to the local blood bank but also fostered a sense of social responsibility among students and volunteers. Dr. S. Muthukumaravel, staff coordinator, Shri Nandhagopu and the organizers expressed their gratitude to all donors and supporters for making the event a success.
