Dr.D.Padma, is having 26 years of experience in teaching and 20 years of experience in research. She has guided 5 M.Phil., Scholars and 6 Ph.D., Scholars. Awarded with ICSSR Short-Term research project on the title “Impact of Digital Technology on Women Empowerment and Financial Autonomy of Rural Women in Select Districts of Tamil Nadu” and conducted one ICSSR sponsored workshop. She has published 30 articles in national and international journals, 10 book chapters published, 64 papers presented in seminars and conferences, More than 30 FDPs Attended. Acted as a resource person for national level seminars, Doctoral Committee member for various colleges, Board of Studies member and Adjunct Faculty  in PSGR Krishnammal College for women, Coimbatore. Organizing Secretary for TWO DAYS NAAC SPONSORED NATIONAL LEVEL WORKSHOP at NGM College, Pollachi on – “IMPLEMENTATION OF OUTCOME BASED EDUCATION: OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES – LEARNING OUTCOME BASED CURRICULUM FRAMEWORK” Dated: 21^st and 22^nd March 2023. Completed Professional Development Programme on “Implementation of NEP-2020 for University and College Teachers’ held from October 27 – November 05,2022 and Obtained “A” Grade – Conducted by IGNOU – UGC Approved Short-Term Professional Development Programme.
