Dr. N. Ponsabariraj is a Social Science Research Strategist with a specialization in Commerce and Management. He has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the field of Commerce since 2016, following over a decade of research experience in social sciences. Dr. Ponsabariraj earned both his M.Phil. and Ph.D. as a full-time research scholar, and in 2013, he was awarded the prestigious ‘University Research Fellowship’ by Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.

He has garnered wide recognition for his contributions to the field through his delivery of 18 research-oriented webinars and as a resource person for prominent institutions. Additionally, he has presented 30 research papers at national and international seminars and conferences, and has published 23 articles in UGC Care-listed journals at both national and international levels. Some of the notable journals where his work has appeared include Indian Journal of Finance (New Delhi) and Finance India (Greater Noida, New Delhi). He participated 12 Faculty Development Programme.

Dr. Ponsabariraj has also held memberships in various academic committees such as the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Centre for Entrepreneurial Development (CED), and the Examination Committee for Autonomous College. He has served as the EAC and CED Camp Coordinator. His research expertise spans Finance, Marketing, and Human Resource Management (HRM).

He has delivered specialized lectures for both faculty and students at leading institutions, including PSGR Krishnamal College for Women in Coimbatore, St. Joseph College of Arts and Science in Cuddalore, Central University of Tamil Nadu in Thiruvarur, PSG College of Arts and Science in Coimbatore, Dr. N.G.P.
