I am Dr. R.Kiruthiga, working as an Assistant Professor in the department of English for the past 14 years. I am a dedicated teacher with a passion for English Literature & Language studies. My research interests lie in the areas of Diaspora, postcolonial literature and theory, contemporary British and American fiction, and literary theory and criticism.I have developed a strong commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and intellectual curiosity. My teaching philosophy is centred on creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment that encourages students to develop their communication skills through practical exercises, group discussions, and real-world applications.I strive to create a classroom atmosphere that is stimulating ,challenging and respectful.I encourage students to explore complex ideas,analyse literary texts,and develop their own unique perspectives.
