Dr.R.Ramya is an Assistant Professor in UG Department of Commerce with Computer Application, Nallamthu Gounder Mahalingam College, Pollachi, Tamilnadu.I have started her journey as an Assistant Professor,after completing Master of Philosophy in Commerce in year 2012.I have published 30 research papers in National and International journal and three publication in Edited book.She has presented a paper in more than 75 papers in National and International Conference and Seminars.

• Received ICSSR sponsored National level seminar on entitled to “Rural Women Empowerment through Skill Development” during the month of August 2023.
• I have receive seed money research fund from our college management.
• I have completed NEP Orientation, Refresher, Short term course conducted by MMTC.
• I have act as an external examiner, on practical examiner, QP Setter, Valuation various colleges.
• I have published four book.
• I have published 13 book chapters.
• Published 20 research articles in UGC CARE and Scopus indexed journals.
• Participated in 30 Faculty Development Programme and Workshops.
• I acted as Co-ordinator in Equal Opportunity Centre.
• Received Faculty award, Best Young Teachers Award award.
