I completed a SEED money project focused on improving positive attitudes among College Students, highlighting the transformative role of Yoga and Mindfulness in fostering resilience and optimism. Additionally, I have published articles on Diet plans for Healthy living and Food methods for Curing diseases, integrating key principles of Nutrition and Holistic well-being.
