Dr.T.Kiruthika , Assistant Professor of Department of Commerce (E-Commerce) in NGM College, Pollachi, Tamilnadu. Possesses a 14 years of academic experience and 10 years of research experience. Has published more than 20 research contributions which were published in UGC refereed and indexed journals and also actively participated in numerous Seminars, Conferences, workshops, and Faculty Development Programmes.Received a seminar grant from ICSSR for organising a One Day National Seminar on Women’s Employment, Entrepreneurship and Empowerment. Received IV cycle Seed money Grant.
