A Five day Summer Camp on “Dexterity 2014” was conducted by APD to the School Children from 21.04.2014 to 26.04.2014. The objective of this program was to establish the skills and develop their action plan to face the future competitive scenario.

A Two day Faculty Development Program on “Quality Enrichment and various elements pursued in teaching for new college teachers” was organized by APD to the newly recruited Faculty members from 12.06.2014 to 13.06.2014. It was conducted to develop the overall quality of the faculty members by using different techniques in teaching methods for the quality assurance in education system.

A One day Workshop on “Evolution of teaching and learning methods towards high competency” was organized by APD to all Faculty members (SF stream) on 16.06.2014. It was a rejuvenation program to develop their overall competency level.

APD delivered a lecture on “Induction on Soft Skills” to all First year students in “Bridge Course” dated 27.06.2014. It was contained the role and significance of skills which is required in life.

APD delivered half-a-day Induction Program on soft skills to the students of Tamilnadu Agricultural University (TAU), Coimbatore conducted at NGM campus on 18.08.2014. It was contained the fundamental requirements of skills to built a positive thoughts and cherished life of students.

APD had given an orientation program on Preamble to expertness and the ideology in developing skills conducted at NGM Campus to the faculty members of Sri GVG Visalakshi college for women, Udumalpet on 20.08.2014. It was given with the substance of continuous learning and gathering experience for the progression in teaching.

APD organized half-a-day Faculty Development Program on “Art of Effective Learning Process towards Leadership” to the newly recruited Faculty members on 06.11.2014. The title was disseminated with the content of various learning methods, process flow to possess the leadership qualities.

An awareness program on “Skill development and its vital role towards corporate expectations” was delivered by APD to the higher secondary school students and their parents on 25.03.2015.

A Three day Faculty Development Program on “Designing & Delivering Academic Input towards Professional Education for New Epoch College Faculties” was organized by APD to the newly recruited Faculty members from 08.06.2015 to 10.06.2015. It had gone through the factors which are highly focused on professional approach in the educational system to get higher space.

APD addressed to all First year students on “Significance of Soft Skills and the role of APD” in “Bridge Course” dated 01.07.2015. It was delivered the inputs on character building for the enrichment in career.

One of the APD Staffs Mr.Ganesan P.Arumugam participated in a two day HR conclave as the India’s first conference on “National Recruitment Plan 2016” held on 31.07.2015 and 01.08.2015 at SRM University Chennai. It delivered the content about various job opportunities in various sectors especially in IT, Telecom and government sectors.

APD addressed to all First year students on “Learn and Experience the Skills” in “Bridge Course” dated 04.07.2016. Content of the speech had focused on learn by experience.

APD delivered half-a-day Orientation Program on soft skills to the students of Vaanavarayar Institute of Agriculture, conducted at NGM campus on 24.08.2016. It was contained the basic required skills to built a positive thoughts and to the cherished life of students.

A Three day Faculty Orientation Program on “Formulas for Mastering Individual Effectiveness in the Workplace” was organized by APD to the newly recruited Faculty members from 01.09.2016 to 03.09.2016. It was conducted for the purpose of developing and delivering efficiency towards expertise in the workplace.

A placement training program on “Corporate Details” was given by APD on 21.09.2016 to the Final year students of B.Com-BPS. The purpose of the program was to motivate the students to break their impediments and get in to the corporate.

APD organized half-a-day Workshop on “Communicating E_Techno- A Blast of Soft Skills and Technical Excellence” to the second and third year students of various stream on 31.01.2017. It was contained the recent technological development in automobile sector and also the expectations of corporate from the students on the base of skills.

One of the APD Staffs Mr.Ganesan P.Arumugam attended a One day Training program on “From waste to profits through reduce, recycle, reuse” was organized by Coimbatore Productivity Council (CPC) for the various Corporate Employees on 18.02.2017. It delivered awareness about the cost cutting, reproduce and waste management for the constructive results.

APD organized a half day Training on “Awareness program on application technology in MS Office and short cuts of Aptitude” was given by Wings of Fire – The Education Supporter to all APD Staffs on 01.03.2017. The purpose of the program was to update the recent developments in the application package and to develop the problem solving skills with short cut methods in aptitude towards the benefit of the students.

A Three day Extension Program on “"Mission towards PASSPORT 100" Camp 2017 was organized by APD to all the Faculty members and Students from 08.03.2017 to 10.03.2017. The target was reached along with the receipts of 120 no. of applications. The purpose of this program was to give identity to everyone who posses this document and they should avail the benefit by showing the passport document to the Public sectors as an ID Proof.

A Two day UGC Sponsored National Seminar on “Career Hunt for Arts & Science Graduates” was organized by Department of Extension and Career Guidance, Bharathiar University to Final year Students of various colleges from 20.03.2017 to 21.03.2017. It was focused on corporate expectations from the students and job opportunities in various industries for students benefit.

A Two day Extension Program on “PASSPORT CAMP 2017” was organized by APD to all the Faculty members and Students from 05.04.2017 to 06.04.2017.The purpose of this program was to avail the benefit by showing the passport document to the Public sectors as an ID Proof.
