SHANMUGAVADIVU M.A (Eco)., M.A (YHE)., DYHE., Ph.D is an accomplished Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Excellence with over 12 years of experience.  Dedicated to promoting physical and mental well-being among college students. With her profound knowledge of yoga and holistic health practices, she focuses on nurturing both the body and mind, helping students achieve balance and tranquility in their academic and personal lives. she empowers students with the tools to manage stress, improve concentration, and maintain physical fitness, contributing to a healthier and more productive campus environment. She published 6 articles in UGC referred journals, 10 conferences organized and attended, her research in the field of yoga.

She holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in Yoga for Human Excellence and is actively involved in teaching yoga at SKY yoga centers and various educational institutions. Dr. Jagadambal has published over 13 articles in UGC CARE-listed journals, showcasing her dedication to academic excellence. A professional member of the Indian Yoga Association (IYA), New Delhi, she contributes to its mission as a self-regulatory body uniting Yoga traditions for global betterment under the Ministry of AYUSH. I'm Pooja S., an Assistant Professor in the Department of English Language at NGM College, Pollachi. As a newcomer to academia, I'm excited to bring my passion for literature and learning to the classroom. My research interests lie in American Literature, African Literature, and Indian English Literature, with a particular focus on how Psychoanalysis and Trauma intersect with these fields. She has published papers in reputed journals and actively participates in seminars, conferences, and professional development programs to enhance her expertise.

Dr. D. Divya holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Bharathiar University, in the year 2024, and has also qualified in the NET and TNSET examinations, with a strong academic background in commerce. Her area of specialization is  Marketing and HRM. She started her career in 2012 at Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraja College as an Assistant professor in the Department of Commerce. In 2016, she joined the Department of Commerce (Finance) at Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College and at present she is working in the Department of M.Com International Business. She holds memberships in IFERP and the Indian Accounting Association and was awarded University First Rank for her PG degree from Bharathiar University. Dr.T.Radhika lakshmi presently working as Associate Professor in Tamil Language Department, NGM College, Pollachi.  She has over 16 years of teaching experience.  She has Published  a book called Feminism and psychology among the novelties of Su.Tamilselvi. She has received   8 Awards. She has participated several international, national and state level conferences, seminars, symposiums and workshops and presented research papers. Dr.M.Deepa working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce CA, Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College, Pollachi for the past 12 years. Dr. B. Indira Priyadharshini is an academician and researcher with over a decade of teaching experience. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce (E-Commerce) at NGM College. She holds a PhD in Commerce, which she obtained in 2019, and has also, qualified the State Level Eligibility Test in Commerce. She further holds an M.Phil degree in Commerce and a Master's degree in both Commerce and Business Administration. Her area of specialization include Marketing and Human Resource Management. She has completed Summer Faculty Research Fellowship Programme from the prestigious Indian Institute of Tecchnology (IIT – New Delhi - 2022).She has an impressive publication record, with over 30 research articles in Scopus, Web of Science and reputed journals, 15 conference proceedings, and 10 book chapters.
