In his presentation, he narrated about the essential qualities for the excellence of any work. He encouraged the students to follow the Four D’s as Dream, Dedication, Determination and Discipline and he explained the importance of Four C’s as Clarity of Thought, Confidence, Compassion and Communication should be associated with Time management and punctuality. He recollected and gives the real examples of the great philosophers like Swamy Vivekanantha and the famous personalities like Ms. Indira Gandhi, Mr. B.C.Roy, Dr. Abdulkalam, Mr.Vajpayee, Mr.Narayana Moorthi (Infosys), Ms.M. Subbulakshmi, Mr. Dirubai Ambani, and the cricketer Sachin Tendulkar. The webinar was live, interactive and enthusiastic, the feedback of students and staff was amazing and rich in positive motivation.
